Catastrophic Injury Associate – Bristol
An opportunity has arisen with a highly respected global law firm known for its strength in complex defendant litigation. The Bristol office is looking to recruit an Associate into its specialist catastrophic injury practice, acting for major insurers and large corporate organisations on substantial and sensitive claims.
The Opportunity
You will become part of a well-established team dealing with serious injury matters of significant value and complexity. The position will involve:
*Running a caseload of high-value catastrophic injury claims with appropriate supervision
*Handling cases involving motor, employers’ liability and public liability issues
*Supporting senior lawyers on multi-million pound litigation and contributing to case tactics
*Building and maintaining relationships with insurer and corporate clients
Candidate Profile
*A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in serious injury litigation
*Solid defendant personal injury experience across a range of liability matters
*Exposure to complex, high-value claims
*A team-focused approach and strong technical capability
