Family Solicitor – Oxford
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Family Lawyer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Oxford. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive ready to take a step up in their career managing a caseload of family law matters while playing a key role in the department’s continued growth.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of a diverse caseload involving:
*Divorce and separation proceedings
*Financial remedy applications
*Private children law matters
*Drafting cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements
*Representing clients in court and during negotiations
What experience is desired:
*A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years’ PQE in family law
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
*A proactive, team-focused approach with a high level of professionalism
