Job Description:
A respected housing provider is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing litigation team in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior disputes lawyer to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of housing matters while learning within a supportive three-person specialist team.

Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
*Managing a caseload of in-house litigation matters
*Advising on tenancy disputes, possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases
*Supporting the organisation on disrepair and enforcement matters
*Working closely with housing officers and operational teams
*Assisting in developing best practice and risk management processes
Profile
The Housing Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with some litigation experience
*Ideally familiar with housing law or property-related disputes
*Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision
*Able to provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice
*Keen to develop specialist expertise within housing litigation
