Job Title: Engagement Producer (Part-Time)
Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per annum (pro rata)
Working Pattern: 21 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
OverviewOur client, a nationally recognised performing arts organisation, is seeking a talented and organised Engagement Producer to join its Engagement team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality community and educational arts programmes that foster creativity, wellbeing, and inclusion. Working within a collaborative team of producers and administrators, you will support the planning, coordination, and safe delivery of flagship engagement initiatives across Scotland and beyond.
The role is primarily based at the organisation’s Glasgow headquarters, with occasional travel within the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities*Lead the planning, coordination, and safe delivery of engagement and outreach programmes.
*Manage multiple community and educational arts projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency.
*Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, artists, participants, and external partners.
*Collaborate closely with senior engagement and creative colleagues to support programme objectives.
*Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with organisational standards and safeguarding requirements.
*Support evaluation, reporting, and administrative processes related to engagement activity.
*Contribute to a positive and inclusive working culture across delivery teams.
*Work occasional evenings and weekends as required (time off in lieu provided).
Requirements*Proven experience managing multiple community and/or educational arts projects.
*Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
*Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
*Experience coordinating programme logistics and overseeing delivery.
*Commitment to inclusive practice and widening participation in the arts.
*Right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
