Job Description:
Customer Service Executive - Aftersales - Lichfield
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive - Aftersales to join our well-established client based in Lichfield.
This position sits at the heart of the customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers from order through to aftersales, repairs, and warranty support - ensuring every issue is handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.
This is not a scripted call centre role. It is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys resolving issues and seeing cases through to completion.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary
• £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Customer Service Executive - Aftersales, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and product-related queries
• Managing aftersales issues including faults, repairs, and warranty queries
• Carrying out basic fault diagnosis and booking engineer visits where required
• Providing clear updates, next steps, and realistic timeframes
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues
• Taking ownership of customer cases within agreed guidelines
• Accurately logging all interactions on internal systems
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Customer Service Executive - Aftersales, you will need:
• Previous customer service experience (retail or technical environments desirable)
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm, organised, and comfortable handling challenging situations
• Ability to manage multiple systems and processes effectively

• Full industry-related training
• Ongoing support throughout your employment
