What you’ll own
You’ll take full accountability for the programme end to end.
*Lead large-scale warehouse relocation / consolidation projects
*Put proper governance, financial control and risk discipline in place
*Drive ERP, WMS and wider supply chain technology change
This needs someone who can see the whole system, not just individual workstreams.
What good looks like
*You’ve delivered complex logistics or warehouse property programmes before
*You understand supply chain performance drivers — forecast accuracy, inventory, network efficiency, cost-to-serve
*You’re commercially sharp — budgets, contracts, trade-offs
*You’re comfortable holding senior stakeholders to account
*You bring structure without slowing momentum
