Are you a passionate Nursery teacher who believes in creating a joyful, nurturing start to a child’s education? A welcoming primary setting in Plumstead is seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their team from April on a fixed-term contract.


About the Role
*You’ll create a stimulating, language-rich environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to explore.
*Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
*Supporting children’s social, emotional and academic development
*Observing, assessing and tracking progress in line with EYFS expectations
*Building strong relationships with parents and carers
*Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues


We’re Looking for Someone Who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has a recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher qualification
*Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) - Science at GCSE level is desirable
*Has a secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*Demonstrates strong knowledge of early child development and effective early years practice
