The Role*Build and grow your own niche desk within our Creative specialism, becoming known in your market as a trusted adviser.
*Win new business through intelligent, well-researched outreach and relationship-led business development.
*Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate engagement to client management and closing deals.
*Develop meaningful partnerships with hiring managers, not just transactional contacts.
*Contribute to our high-performance culture by delivering against clear monthly revenue targets and supporting team success.
What We’re Looking For*6–24 months’ experience in a sales, recruitment or other target-driven role (previous recruitment experience helpful but not essential).
*Alternatively, experience working within the creative industries and ready to move into a recruitment career.
*Evidence of hitting targets and enjoying the pace and accountability that comes with that.
*Coachable, resilient and motivated to continuously develop your commercial skillset. You love constructive feedback.
*A positive, team-oriented mindset, you’re someone who wants to contribute to a supportive, ambitious environment and make a positive difference.
