Conveyancing Solicitor
*Location: Newcastle
*Job Type: Full-time

An award-winning, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead a small team within their busy residential conveyancing department. This fee-earning role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of team leadership and a passion for property law.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Oversee the progression of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
*Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
*Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth property transactions.
*Conduct legal research and draft various conveyancing documents.
*Monitor and manage the team’s caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met.
*Provide exceptional client care, maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team.
*Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Commitment to providing high levels of client service.
