Our client is an established industrial manufacturer experiencing a period of growth and acquisition. To support increased production demands, they are seeking an Production Supervisor to strengthen their day-shift operations.
The Role:
You will support the day-to-day running of a small production team, ensuring production activity is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
Responsibilities include:
*Leading and supporting hands-on assembly activities
*Organising daily tasks and workflow across the team
*Monitoring output and assisting with general production coordination
*Maintaining production records and documentation
*Supporting adherence to quality, safety and operational procedures
*Contributing to a positive, efficient working environment
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring practical experience from a manufacturing setting and a reliable, organised approach.
