*Participate in patient handovers and contribute proactively to care planning discussions.
Patient-Centred Practice*Promote dignity, respect, and compassionate care throughout the patient journey.
*Support patients and families pre- and post-operatively, offering reassurance and clear communication.
Team Collaboration*Work collaboratively with consultants, allied health professionals, and healthcare assistants to deliver integrated care.
*Comply with infection prevention, safeguarding, and quality assurance procedures at all times.
