Job Description:
Residential Conveyancer - Salary up to £60,000 - Legal 500 Firm - Bristol
An outstanding Legal 500 Law Firm – not a legal factory but rather a small and close-knit team of excellent practitioners – are seeking an organised and meticulous Residential Property Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer, with substantial experience of conveyancing, and especially of shared ownership work, acting for individuals all over England and Wales.
What they Offer:*Attractive salary, dependent on experience, estimated between £48,000 and £60,000
*Legal 500 listed long-established firm of Solicitors
*Join a substantial practice in straight freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, with a national reputation and very steady flow of work for their Conveyancers from London and the South East
*Monthly completion bonuses
*Genuinely friendly workplace environment
What they Expect:*Significant experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
*Consistency in meeting high-quality standards of output
*Comfortable with taking responsibility
*Conducting purchase, sale, staircasing, lease extension, re-mortgage transactions
*Plenty of experience in shared ownership
The firm has built a long-standing reputation for excellence in shared ownership, acting on housing association panels and providing clear, client-focused advice. Unlike high-volume conveyancing outfits, the approach here is independent and personal – guiding clients through complex transactions with transparency and care.
Joining the modern Bristol city-centre offices of this very highly-regarded Legal 500 Law Firm is the ideal next step for any Solicitor seeking the next steps in their career.
The firm will consider either Residential Property Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers.
