Accounts Administrator Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit an Office / Accounts Administrator on behalf of our Liverpool based client. You will play a key role in managing daily accounts administration, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:
*Managing incoming calls directing enquiries appropriately
*Organising and maintaining filing systems
*Processing supplier invoices and sale orders on Sage 50
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Credit control and chasing overdue invoices
*Assisting with payroll weekly
*Credit card reconciliations
*General office administration
*Preparing Excel spreadsheets and management reports
Accounts Administrator Experience Required:
*Must have experience using Sage 50
*Strong administrative and communication skills
*Strong IT skills
*Organised with the ability to work under pressure
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
