- Provide dynamic operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Team.
- Oversee comprehensive assessment, care planning, and risk management for individuals navigating the criminal justice system.
- Ensure the effective, safe, and recovery-focused delivery of substance misuse interventions.
- Support, supervise, and appraise staff, nurturing high performance and fostering professional development.
- Maintain and strengthen multi-agency partnerships with probation services, prisons, courts, and police services.
- Monitor service performance, maintain KPIs and contractual targets, and ensure compliance with governance and safeguarding standards.
- Lead on quality improvement initiatives, audits, and incident management to drive service excellence.
- Contribute to service development and the implementation of national drug strategy priorities, playing a pivotal role in shaping future policies.
