Description
*Prepare and manage accurate financial statements and reports.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
*Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit requirements.
*Analyse financial data to support business decision-making.
*Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
*Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
*Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.
*Experience working within the Transport & Distribution industry or similar sectors.
