Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to own the full financial control agenda in a fast-growing SME Technology business. This is a senior, high-visibility role working closely with the CFO and senior leadership.
What You’ll Lead
*Group & Statutory Reporting: End-to-end ownership of Group accounts, subsidiary reporting and all external reporting requirements.
*Treasury: Cash management, liquidity oversight, forecasting and optimisation of funding and repatriation.
*Operational Finance: Delivery of a high-performing transactional finance function with strong controls and efficient processes.
*Business Partnering: Month-end close, Board reporting, performance insight and commercial challenge.
*Planning: Ownership of budgeting and forecasting below margin, ensuring robust, business-owned plans.
*Financial Control: Balance sheet integrity, control frameworks and risk management.
What You Bring
*ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with industry experience.
*Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
*Strong leadership capability with a continuous-improvement mindset.
*Resilience and adaptability in a high-change environment.
