What You Will Do*Provide person-centred support to clients with alcohol addiction, helping them work towards individual recovery goals.
*Develop and review recovery plans, ensuring they align with each client’s unique needs and aspirations.
*Deliver 1:1 and group sessions to help clients understand and manage their alcohol dependency.
*Complete risk assessments and support plans to ensure proper interventions are in place.
*Offer emotional and practical support to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their recovery journey.
*Liaise with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including medical, mental health, and social support.
*Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring regular reviews and follow-up support.
*Maintain accurate records and case notes to comply with regulatory and organisational standards.
*Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to provide holistic client support.
*Provide harm-reduction advice and create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients.
