A welcoming and supportive primary setting in Chatham is seeking a committed Early Years Teacher to join their team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.


About the Role
*Support high-quality provision within Nursery or Reception, helping to create a stimulating, safe and inclusive setting where children can thrive.
*Supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
*Assisting with observations and monitoring pupil progress
*Promoting children’s social, emotional and communication development
*Helping to maintain a positive and well-organised learning environment
*Building strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues


The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
*Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent
*Has experience working within an EYFS setting
*Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or recognised equivalents
*Demonstrates a sound understanding of the EYFS framework
*Is patient, proactive and committed to supporting young learners
A genuine enthusiasm for Early Years education and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
