Senior Management Accountant - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: Evesham
Start Date: End of March

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a thriving organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who can make an immediate impact within a busy, collaborative finance function and enjoys a broad mix of management accounting and operational finance work.

Key Responsibilities *Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals and P&L commentary
*Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple regions
*Oversee stock invoice postings and investigate purchase price variances
*Support marketing budget tracking and run monthly budget meetings
*Prepare VAT returns for multiple countries
*Complete bank reconciliations (GBP & EUR)
*Produce daily sales reporting
*Process monthly commission payments across all markets
*Update weekly currency rates
*Conduct monthly debt reviews and support the Sales Ledger function
*Provide operational finance support including calls, queries, and ad-hoc tasks
*Assist with the day-to-day running of the Finance Team
About You *Qualified (ideally ACCA / CIMA but AAT and QBE would be considered for the right person
*Strong background in management accounting
*Excellent Excel skills with strong attention to detail
*Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (desirable)
*Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
*Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
