The Role As a key member of the residential conveyancing team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will manage your own caseload efficiently, ensure adherence to client deadlines, and deliver exceptional client service throughout. Your role will include providing clear advice, preparing legal documentation, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
