Key Responsibilities *Operate production line equipment and machinery efficiently.
*Assemble and pack products according to specifications.
*Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
*Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production line issues.
*Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
*Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
*Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
*Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred.
*Ability to operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
*Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
*Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
*Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Benefits
*Temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay increase after 3 months
*Full-time hours, 8am-8pm rotating shift pattern £12.21 plus 20% shift premium if all hours worked = £14.65p/hr
*5 on 2 off Monday to Sunday
*Great working environment in a supportive team
*On line pay slips
*Holiday accrued for all hours worked
