Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator/Accounts/ HR to take ownership of our administration, payroll and accounts functions while supporting the Directors and Manager in the smooth running of the business.
This is a key position within the organisation, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working at the heart of operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Overseeing day-to-day administration
*Managing HR files, contracts, holidays and absence records
*Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll
*Maintaining accounts using Sage (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations)
*Producing invoices, payment schedules and financial reports
*Monitoring debtors and resolving account queries
*Supporting onboarding and documentation processes
*Supervising and allocating work to the Admin Assistant
*Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries
What We’re Looking For
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Payroll and accounts experience (Sage preferred)
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
