• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal contacts
• Preparing payment runs
• Posting payments and allocating cash
• Maintaining supplier records and ensuring details are up to date
• Supporting with month end processes
• Assisting with general finance administration
Purchase Ledger Clerk - About You
• Previous experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Good knowledge of accounting systems
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Organised and able to manage your own workload
• Comfortable working within a practice environment
