Early Years Practitioner – Bath, Somerset, BA2
Salary: £12.50 - £15.50ph / £23,400 - £29,016pa (DOE/Qualifications)
Hours: 36 hours across 4 days (1 rolling day off per week), shifts between 7.30am–6.30pm
Contract: Permanent, All year round

Based in our preschool or toddler room, you’ll play a key role in nurturing, inspiring, and supporting children through fun, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Act as a key person, ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and development
*Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework
*Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
*Promote inclusive practice, supporting children with SEND where required
*Encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles
*Contribute to safeguarding and uphold nursery standards
About You
*Minimum Level 2 childcare qualification
*Proven nursery/early years experience
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
*Confident mentoring and coaching skills
*SEND experience (desirable)
*Leadership potential with the ability to use initiative
*Eligible to work in the UK
