The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils as they prepare for the transition into Key Stage 2. Responsibilities include:
*Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

*Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

*Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

*Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The ideal candidate will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*Experience teaching within Key Stage 1

*Strong classroom management skills

*A passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences

*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
