Main Duties:
As an Finance Assistant, your main duties include:
*Processing supplier invoices and payments using NetSuite
*Running supplier payment batches
*Assisting with the preparation of monthly consolidated Management Accounts
*Taking ownership of balance sheet nominal accounts and reconciliations, including supplier statement reconciliations, management of credit cards and mileage claims, rebate management, posting month-end journals, and trade creditor/payables management
*Contributing to the implementation of best-in-class processes and controls through continuous improvement initiatives
*Collaborating with relevant stakeholders on ad hoc tasks and projects

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
*Actively studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA or AAT
*Previous experience working within a finance function in a commercial environment
*Exposure to transactions between entities or group structures
*Comfortable working to tight reporting deadlines and managing competing priorities
