Salary: £28,129.92 per annum + shift allowance £3,288.96
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Working 4 on 4 off, rotational shifts of days and nights.
Responsibilities of thePlant Machinery Operator
*Set up and diagnose Plant Machinery.
*Diagnose process faults and report all faults on machinery.
*Work to daily production targets and yields.
*Complete pre-start HACCP checks and relevant magnet checks across the plant.
Requirements for a successful Plant Machinery Operator
*Target driven with excellent attention to detail.
*Experience working in a process environment.
*Strong problem-solving skills.
*Physically fit and capable of working across multiple floors and heights.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
