What you will do:

*Conduct thorough screening, assessments, and provide psychosocial interventions.

*Advocate for service users, facilitating access to additional support and community resources.

*Work collaboratively with prescribing clinicians to enhance service user outcomes.

*Maintain accurate and timely records of service user progress and engagement.
