Are you a Sales Valuer looking to earn more and progress? If yes, this opportunity could be for you!
Our client, a well-respected estate agency, is looking for a Sales Valuer with at least 12 months of experience to join their close-knit team in the Derby area. With this role, you will be required to work a 5-day working week.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
*Competitive Basic Salary
*Guaranteed salary for the first few months
*On Target Earnings: Upto £45,000
*Company Car or Allowance
*Career progression
*Ongoing training & support
*5-day working week
Sales Valuer requirements:
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
*A strong desire to be successful
*Highly personable
*Must process a full driver license
*Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator or Property Valuer level
As a Sales Valuer, your role will include, but not be limited to
*Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
*Provide accurate market valuations for clients
*Booking market appraisals
*Growing market share
*Build relationships with clients
