Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Construction Sector

Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for candidate delivery and the fast-paced world of construction recruitment?
We’re an established recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector, and we’re looking for a Delivery Consultant You’ll focus on resourcing top talent for a loyal client base — no cold calling, just quality recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Sourcing skilled candidates across a range of construction roles (white collar and/or blue collar)
*Managing the candidate journey from initial contact to placement
*Advertising roles, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
*Building talent pipelines and staying ahead of hiring trends
*Supporting Account Managers and Consultants with fast, accurate candidate delivery
What We’re Looking For:
*Recruitment experience (ideally in construction or technical sectors)
*Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
*Based locally or happy to commute within in reason
