Job Description:
Female Support Workers Needed
Location: Egremont, Cumbria
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Join our team as a Support Worker and help individuals with learning difficulties and complex needs live fulfilling, independent lives.
What You’ll Do:
*Support with personal care, cooking, and household tasks
*Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
*Help people build independence, friendships, and new skills
*Join in with activities, hobbies, and community events, supporting individuals with complex needs
Shift Times:
*Day Shift: 08:00 – 23:00 with overnight paid sleep-in from 23:00 – 07:00, followed by 07:00 – 08:00 handover.
*Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00 (waking nights)
Desired Training & Experience
*Lone Working
*Safe Handling & Administration of Medication
*Minimum 6 months UK experience
*Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
(Training can be provided for suitable candidates)
What We’re Looking For:*Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
*Enjoy working as part of a team and independently
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including sleep-ins
*Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
*Previous care or support experience is essential
