JMF Associates is seeking a confident and experienced Credit Controller to join a well-known organisation based in the Docklands area permanently. Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Credit Controller will oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, effective cash collection, and maintaining robust customer records. You will work closely with sales and operational teams, managing debtor queries and escalating problematic accounts where necessary. Your contribution will support the organisation’s financial health and operational efficiency, with a focus on fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
*Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B credit control
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
*Experience using customer portals such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
