*Essential: Proven experience within the transport sector
*Pallet network experience is highly desirable
*Demonstrable track record of winning new business
*Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory effectively

*Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across the Midlands
*Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth strategies
*Lead account management activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and growth
*Represent the business professionally at client meetings and presentations
