Job Description:
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a Law Firm in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Finance Graduate for 12 months on a fixed term contract.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate temporary, Finance Graduate to assist them for 12 months on a fixed term contract. You will be responsible for following duties:
*Process supplier invoices accurately and in line with internal approval workflows
*Manage a high volume of low-value invoices, balancing pace with strong attention to detail
*Maintain the purchase ledger and ensure suppliers are paid on time
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
*Support the onboarding and verification of new suppliers
*Assist the Cash team with daily bank postings and monthly bank reconciliations
*Support the management and monitoring of deposit accounts
*Liaise with internal teams to provide updates on customer prepayments and deposits
*Assist in the Month End customer invoice process
*Generate WIP reports and follow up with Paralegals on accuracy of data
*Uploading invoices to customer portals
*Support audit requests and year-end processes
*Assist with system updates, data checks, and ongoing process improvements
*Provide ad-hoc support to the wider finance team during peak periods and staff absence
Profile:
The successful temporary Finance Graduate will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
This Fixed term role will be paying circa £28,000-£30,000 pro rata, dependant on experience.
