Role Profile
As the Assistant Manager for the Programme Change team, you will be responsible for expertly leading a small but dedicated team, to handle programme changes and consolidations ensuring the highest standards of customer care whilst also protecting business interests and retaining bookings.
This is a full-time role and with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Whilst principally a Monday to Friday role, flexibility to work weekends may be required on a roster basis.

You are an experienced, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energised by the challenge of turning difficult situations into positive outcomes. You bring a natural ability to motivate and develop a team, and you lead by example — setting high standards whilst remaining approachable and supportive.
You are highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, comfortable managing competing priorities and keeping both your team and your stakeholders informed. You communicate with confidence and clarity, whether on a call with a customer, presenting data to senior colleagues, or coaching a team member.
You will ideally bring:
• 2 years previous experience in a team leader or supervisory capacity, especially within travel, would be advantageous.
• A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with solid working knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with travel industry systems, booking conditions, or package travel regulations (desirable but not essential)
• A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
• The ability to build strong working relationships across departments
