Join the Catastrophic Injury & Large Loss team at Clyde & Co, assisting on high-value, complex multi-track claims for major insurers and self-insured organisations.
The Role
*Assist on large loss motor, EL/PL and indemnity claims
*Support senior lawyers on high-value catastrophic injury files
*Conduct liability investigations and quantum assessments
*Review medical evidence and draft legal documentation
*Attend court hearings, CMCs and client meetings
*Manage reporting and reserving requirements in line with SLAs
*Build and develop strong client relationships
*Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
About You
*Experience in personal injury litigation (defender experience preferred, claimant experience considered)
*Confident handling complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment
*Strong drafting, investigation and case management skills
*Commercially aware and client-focused
*Ambitious and motivated to progress your career
