Legal Administrator
Location: Reading
Position: Full-Time
Salary: £21,500-£25,200 dependant on age and experience
We are a friendly and well-established solicitors’ firm seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Legal Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in law. We are committed to supporting the right candidate with training, development, and a clear pathway towards full legal qualification.
The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on position providing essential administrative support to our legal team. Duties will include:
*Answering and directing telephone calls professionally
*Opening and maintaining client files
*Assisting with billing and invoicing
*General office administration and correspondence
*Liaising with clients and third parties
*Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management tasks
About You:
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
*IT literate (Microsoft Office essential)
Previous legal experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided.
