Personal Assistant - Interim Cover (ASAP Start)
Location: Ladbroke Grove / Kensal Green
Salary: £18-£25 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid ?
Contract: Interim / Temporary Cover
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide interim support within a fast-paced environment. This role is available for an immediate start, covering a transition period as the current postholder is moving on.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing busy diaries and coordinating schedules
*Organising meetings, travel, and logistics
*Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
*Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
*Ensuring smooth operations during a period of change
About You
*Strong PA/EA experience in a fast-moving setting
*Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
*Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
*Able to hit the ground running with minimal direction
