Job Description:
Do you have strong customer service and call handling experience? Our client, an investment platform, is looking for a Client Services Consultant to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients. You’ll handle day-to-day operational tasks, including onboarding, ISA/GIA transfers, withdrawals, client updates, platform set-ups, and general enquiries, ensuring high-quality, compliant outcomes.


What You’ll Do:
*Act as first point of contact for advisers, clients, and third parties
*Process operational tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards
*Identify improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency
*Adhere to KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements (Consumer Duty, GDPR, CASS)
Skills & Experience:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Attention to detail, analytical, and organised
*Self-motivated and proactive
*Experience with financial platforms, ISAs/SIPPs, or phone-based enquiries is a plus
*Financial Services qualifications and interest in investments beneficial
