Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Requirements: Law firm experience is desired
The firm
Our client is a London-based law firm that provides partner-led legal services across corporate, real estate, private client, dispute resolution, and financial regulatory areas, maintaining a service model grounded in long-term relationships, agility, and personalised attention.
The role
In your new role as a Recruitment Administrator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative support for the coordination of the recruitment process for lateral hires and onboarding of all new joiners to the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Assisting the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Advisor with administrative tasks relating to Partner, Associate and Business Services hires, such as interview arrangements, room booking and liaising with candidates and agencies.
*Assisting the Early Careers Advisor in administrative tasks relating to the Graduate recruitment process.
*Managing and maintaining the recruitment inbox.
*Assisting in creating job descriptions.
*Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners and assist with inductions.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
*Previous experience in an administrative, HR or recruitment in a professional office environment.
*Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
