You will provide specialist advice across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Lease negotiations and renewals
*Asset management and portfolio oversight
*Commercial property finance, investment and security arrangements
You may quickly become a trusted advisor within the team, helping to manage workload and support high-value clients.
Required experience...
*Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Solid understanding of real estate legislation and transactions
*Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with senior colleagues
