Role & Responsibilities
*First point of contact for customer enquiries
*Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
*Calculating and supply of quotes
*Planning transport for deliveries and collections
*To proactively work with all departments
*Dealing with damages and calculating costs.
*Full training on product range will be given.
Skills & Experience Required
*Hire desk experience is desirable but not essential
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Office based customer service and admin experience
