Role: Receptionist / Front of House
Location: Takeley, Essex

Full Vision is looking for a confident Receptionist / Front of House professional to join our team and become the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and keeping an office running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Your role will be at the heart of the office, helping everything run seamlessly.
Day-to-day you’ll be:
*Welcoming visitors and creating a great first impression
*Managing incoming calls and enquiries
*Preparing meeting rooms and organising refreshments for client meetings
*Keeping the reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces tidy and professional
*Ordering office supplies and keeping stock levels organised
*Handling deliveries, post, and general office coordination
*Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks when needed
What we’re looking for

*Friendly, professional and approachable
*Highly organised with great attention to detail
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks
*Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
*Experienced in reception, front of house, or office support roles
*Familiar with Microsoft Office
Nice to have but not essential:
*Smartsheets knowledge
*Awareness of ISO standards
