The Company
Our client is a leading provider of medical expert witness reports for personal injury claimants across the UK. The organisation is known for its strong growth and commitment to outstanding customer service.
The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Case Coordinator. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service throughout the personal injury process, managing cases efficiently from initial nominations through to obtaining final reports. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires close liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
*Provide appropriate nominations to solicitors through accurate assessment of case details.
*Work efficiently and accurately to instruct accredited medico-legal experts.
*Liaise with solicitors, medico-legal experts, and claimants.
*Coordinate and manage appointment bookings.
*Ensure medico-legal experts have all necessary paperwork.
*Obtain and check reports for CPR compliance.
*Maintain up-to-date database entries and communication records.
*Build relationships with solicitors through effective communication.
*Ensure deadlines are diarised, communicated, and tracked.
*Work as part of a team to meet performance expectations.
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective coordination.
*Plan and organise your own time effectively.
*Comply with GDPR and Data Protection laws at all times.
The Person
For this role our client is seeking someone who has previous administration experience and who thrives on providing first class client care. Ideally you may have a medical or legal background and it’s also essential you have excellent IT skills and are very organisation. It’s also important you are:
*A fantastic team player
*Excellent communication skills
*Great eye for detail
*Organised
The Salary
£25-27,000 depending on experience
The Hours
Ideally full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, but they are able to offer part time hours for the right candidate

Clevedon, North Somerset. Free onsite parking available.
