We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 recruitment desk. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on staying ahead of market trends in a sector that is continuously transformed by advancements in AI, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms.
Day-to-day of the role:
Business Development & Client Management
*Build and expand a profitable client portfolio across Kent, Croydon, and Bromley.
*Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure retained and exclusive work.
*Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, hiring challenges, and evolving skillsets shaped by emerging marketing technologies.
*Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business through exceptional service.
Candidate Attraction & Management
*Source, screen, interview, and manage high-quality Sales & Marketing candidates.
*Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach, market mapping, networking, and digital tools.
*Advise candidates on career direction, market conditions, portfolio development, and the impact of new technologies on their field.
360 Recruitment Operations
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
*Write compelling job adverts and utilise digital platforms to attract talent.
*Effectively use CRM systems and digital recruitment tools to stay productive and organised.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally within Sales, Marketing, Digital, or a related professional sector.
*Strong business development skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
*A commercial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a profitable desk.
