Job Description:
We are recruiting for a well-respected regional law firm seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their growing team.

What you’ll do:
*Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
*Manage tribunal claims and disciplinary/grievance processes
*Provide practical, commercially-focused advice to clients
About you:
*Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
*Strong advocacy, drafting, and client care skills
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own caseload
