Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Luton, on a 8am - 5pm shift Monday - Friday
This position is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, where you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities *Receive and inspect incoming products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
*Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch.
*Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
*Assist in conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
*Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
*Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements
*Prior experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
*Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
*Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
*Located in or around Luton, you will need your own vehicle to get to the warehouse.
