Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a large Finance Company bases in the City. This role is working 8-4pm on site and is paying £15 hour. Previous Facilities experience in a corporate setting is essential.
The role
*overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
*supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
*ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
*managing maintenance
*ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
*overseeing building projects and renovations.
*moving of furniture
