Tenancy & Property Manager
Looking for a role where you can combine tenancy progression with high-end property management? This opportunity puts you at the centre of a boutique, high-net-worth portfolio in one of North West London’s most desirable locations.
You’ll deliver a tailored, service experience to landlords and tenants while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and the chance to grow with a dynamic, ambitious team.
*Competitive salary (£40,000 – £45,000 DOE)
*9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with 1 day WFH

What You’ll Be Doing *Managing tenancy progression and property management across a boutique portfolio
*Acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Overseeing compliance, refurbishments, and maintenance with discretion and efficiency
*Delivering a high-standard, client-focused service in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring *2+ years’ experience in tenancy and property management
*Articulate, detail-driven, and solutions-focused approach
*ARLA Level 3 qualification desirable
*Knowledge of Reapit advantageous
