Caretaker (Manual Labour) – Temporary Contract
Location: Bristol, BS13 0JL
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: 9th March 2026 – 30th June 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Caretaker (Manual Labour) to join a busy facilities team in Bristol. This is a hands-on temporary role suited to candidates with experience in manual work, site maintenance, cleaning services, or facilities support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, and is comfortable carrying out physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out general cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, and maintaining communal areas
*Litter picking and external site upkeep
*Moving and handling bulky items and equipment safely
*Supporting general building maintenance and site presentation
*Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
*Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities assistant, cleaner, or manual labour role
*Physically fit and able to carry out lifting and manual handling duties
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good understanding of basic health and safety practices
